About Flow

Flow Neuroscience has developed a new, highly scalable depression treatment that has the potential to completely change the way the world treats mental health.

Our headset is already being used by the NHS, over 400 private clinics and 40K users.

The data from these users, our own clinical trial, and extensive research in the scientific literature indicates that 57% of people that use Flow will be depression-free, and over two thirds will have an improvement in their symptoms.

We’re backed by leading VCs (Khosla Ventures) and have raised over $20m to date.

About the role

We’re looking for a data driven, highly autonomous, entrepreneurial growth expert 

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll be taking a market in its infancy, testing the UK playbook, using your understanding of the local market to adapt the pricing, partnerships, messaging and marketing channels to fit the cultural nuances of the German market.

You will:

-Scale digital marketing spend in Germany
-Drive improvements in website conversion rate
-Build a community of Flow users willing to contribute case studies for media coverage, website and ads
-Identify, win and manage partnerships in Germany to increase trust in the brand
-Manage inbound sales process for clinicians, pharmacies and distributors
-Build playbook for winning German media coverage
-Support with future hiring of German-native speakers to support Flow expansion in Germany

(Note: you will have specialist support from the UK team in technical areas where you need it, i.e. operating digital marketing platforms, PR etc. You will also have dev resource for CRO program.)

About you

-Experience growing an early stage business in Germany, or taking an existing business and launching it into the German market
-Growth mindset - ability to continually learn, stay resilient when things aren’t going your way and spot new opportunities.
-Fluent in German
-Self motivated and incredibly autonomous - you’ll be working independently to grow this market
-Analytical - you test and measure your ideas in a structured way
-Entrepreneurial - we want people who will treat Flow like their own business
-You want to work for a small company of exceptional people with big ambitions.
