Flow Neuroscience has developed a cutting-edge, highly scalable depression treatment that has the potential to completely change the way the world thinks about mental health.
Flow’s tDCS headset is already live with >6000 users and a number of private and NHS clinics. The data from these users, from Flow’s pilot studies - and from extensive research in the literature - indicates that tDCS can achieve depression remission rates significantly better than alternatives such as antidepressants, and without any of the side effects.
Having proved that Flow has developed a new effective, safe, and affordable way to treat depression, the next step of the journey is to scale Flow’s growth. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can help Flow on its mission to place a headset in every home.
The Role
As Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for converting Flow’s Go To Market strategy into a series of well-executed marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition across Flow’s B2C and B2B lines of business. This will involve:
- Building new content to best communicate Flow's value proposition to its different target audiences
- Identifying new channels and creative ways to effectively target Flow’s audiences
- Technical management of Flow’s digital marketing ad platforms and management of any relationships with supporting third parties
- Working with our engineers to ensure the Flow website is optimized for conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a Growth role in a fast paced environment
- Experience owning the end-to-end creation, execution and management of digital and OOH campaigns
- Experience operating the major ad platforms to ensure effective running of all live campaigns
- Understanding of Martech tooling and tracking required to collect the data necessary to understand campaign performance.
- Experience using analytics tooling (i.e. GA) and AB testing to measure the impact of your work
- A lifelong learning attitude with a continuous eye on development and improvement
