We are looking for a Copywriter who will be responsible for crafting compelling content that drives conversations around depression and the Flow treatment.
Your key responsibility is to develop cohesive storytelling across brand, growth and retention touchpoints. With exceptional care for detail, you are a language lover with a clear voice that can reflect brand values and user needs into copy that resonates.
In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work as part of the marketing team and collaborate closely with support, product and regulatory, with a vision to build and establish the voice of Flow.

Working cross-functionally you will be the protector of the brand voice, delivering concise and attractive copy that can sit seamlessly across channels.
Using both short and long-form you will deliver exceptional copy that drives awareness across our website, social media platforms and supporting PR initiatives.
Working from briefs, you will interpret needs and deliver engaging, benefit led copy to support CRM programmes and retention initiatives.
Reflecting the brand’s values and working to understand our audience, you will distil complex ideas into everyday language with ease and clarity.
You are a native English speaker with 3+ years of experience in B2C/B2B copywriting and have a concise writing style with impeccable grammar.
You are a copywriting maven and have a deep understanding of channel requirements and best practices (ex. 6s bumper, IGTV, podcasts), implementing A/B testing to find optimal copy performance.
You enjoy creating content in a range of formats for different audiences and business goals, such as short social media copy for attention-grabbing awareness vs. long-form SEO informed article content to provide support and understanding around authority topics.
You are comfortable with checking, editing and ensuring all Flow copy is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
You know how to manage deadlines and work within a multi-stakeholder team, you value open and honest communication to meet the needs of the business.
Experience in healthcare, tech, or mental health is a plus.
