We are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who will be responsible for igniting brand awareness, winning brand loyalty and fostering engaged communities.
Your key responsibility is to create, manage and optimise brand campaigns harnessing the power of social media, influencers and communities. With a creative data-led approach you are skilled across relevant social media channels and execute strategies using innovative ideas to fuel conversations, drive engagement and provide support.
In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work as part of the marketing team and collaborate closely with support, product and regulatory, with your sights set on growing a strategic vision for our brand, across social media channels and with our community.

Execute and own the social media strategy, driving brand awareness through regular posting, building affinity through community engagement and growing success through social listening.
Creating social led content and campaigns for B2C and B2B across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
Build impactful campaigns for social media, leveraging valuable content in-house or trends observed in the mental health sphere. Analysing metrics to inform your decisions and creative direction.
Engage with users on all public platforms and in the private Flow community, following regulatory guidelines to provide support, creating a sense of belonging. Capturing both brand and product feedback to filter to internal stakeholders for future improvements.
Ensure brand consistency through tone, voice and terminology across all our communications on social media.
Assist with influencer identification and relationship management to grow our brand advocates with a mission to empower mental health.
Proactively identify new channel opportunities and social trends, guiding top of the funnel activities that increase customer engagement and acquisition.
Nurture our online presence through managing and monitoring social media platforms and drive community growth with regular interactions, activations and partnerships.
You have experience in social media management and community growth at fast-paced, high-growth companies.
You have knowledge across a diverse range of social media channels and have experience in creative, successful social media engagement with a strong focus on community growth.
You have a flair for balancing the creative side of marketing with the analytical side, with the ability to harness data and key metrics to measure impact and optimise campaigns.
You’re a community zeitgeist, with a natural communication style, and enjoy engaging, relating and building affinity across many platforms.
You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
Background in healthcare, tech or mental health is a plus.
