Combining innovation with traditional science and healthcare to empower mental health on a global scale, Flow, our first solution, is a medication-free treatment for depression. Comprising a tDCS brain stimulation headset and an app-based therapy program to create an effective, safe, and affordable way to treat depression.
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager who will nurture users throughout their treatment journey with Flow, ensuring strong customer experience for those with depression.
Your key responsibility is to own and optimise user engagement and retention throughout their life-cycle with Flow. With care for getting the right message to the right customer at the right time, you are an analytical communicator with a skill in segmentation to lead nurturing campaigns.
In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work within the marketing team and closely collaborate with product, support, regulatory and clinical teams, with your sights set on increasing the lifetime and value of the Flow treatment for our users and clinicians.

Responsibilities
Ideating and executing strategies to keep our users engaged across their Flow journey on key channels, identifying ways to extend their lifetime and increase the value for the user.
Developing campaigns to convert leads into users and reduce fall-out during their journey, you will find creative ways to address satisfaction and expectations, reporting back to product and clinical teams.
By defining and analysing user segments, you will create custom optimisation plans and personalised journeys. Collaborating closely with the responsible stakeholders to execute initiatives, e.g. planning, segmentation and campaign evaluation.
Supporting customer experience and success, you will explore and recommend the best communication channels and content delivery to support your testing hypotheses.
Requirements
You have 4+ years of working experience in CRM at high-paced companies.
You have a passion and experience in designing customer communication and e-mails, managing the communication throughout the customer life-cycle.
You enjoy exploring complex audiences and segmenting their needs accordingly to ensure personalised and successful campaigns are delivered throughout their journey.
You are a strong analytical thinker and strive to optimise processes balancing a data-driven mindset with a creative ability to communicate effectively across channels.
You have a basic knowledge of HTML, experience with CRM tools and can demonstrate shaping and implementing successful CRM marketing strategies for multiple channels in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
You are confident working with data and forecasting trends or challenges that would support teams to execute business decisions.
