We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, user growth and engagement.
Your key responsibility is to develop and implement data-driven activities with a focus on customer acquisition, as well as strategise growth initiatives throughout the user lifecycle journey. With in-depth knowledge across relevant digital marketing channels, you are an experimenter who brings innovative ideas to the testing table, with a growth mindset.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with product, business, sales and support.

Scaling and optimising customer acquisition across performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Affiliate, Display)
Analysing the customer journey to implement innovative strategies with a goal to increase our conversion rate.
Adopting growth hacking strategies to accelerate campaigns within our current channels as well as developing new channels to promote customer growth.
Continuously running A/B tests and developing insights that fulfil and fuel our growth marketing KPIs and evaluating best practices.
You have significant Growth/Performance Marketing (5+ years) experience in high growth and fast-paced environments.
You know all relevant digital marketing channels and how they can interact to drive customer acquisition, user growth and engagement.
You have an excellent working knowledge of relevant digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g Google Ads, Google Analytics) that enable you to optimise campaigns strategies and analyse results from multiple sources.
You have a performance-driven mindset with an ability to develop growth hypotheses and run the relevant tests to support these.
You are a highly analytical and structured thinker with a flair for creative problem solving and the ability to prioritise workload.
You are curious about acquisition and growth trends, keeping up to date with new channels and ideas to test.
You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
Previous experience across CRM, user behaviour and automation is a strong plus.
