Social Media and Content Marketing Manager

Combining innovation with traditional science and healthcare to empower mental health on a global scale, Flow, our first solution, is a medication-free treatment for depression. Comprising a tDCS brain stimulation headset and an app-based therapy program to create a new effective, safe, and affordable way to treat depression.

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for igniting brand awareness, winning brand loyalty and creating engaged communities.

Your key responsibility is to create, manage and optimise brand campaigns harnessing the power of social media, influencers and communities. With a creative data-led approach you are skilled across relevant social media channels and execute content strategies using innovative ideas to drive engagement. 

In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with product, business, sales and support with your sights set on growing a strategic vision for our brand, across social media and content marketing.

Creating and executing social media strategy, driving brand awareness and affinity through customer engagement.

Ideate and build impactful content campaigns and concept ideas for social media and digital communications.

Analyse and leverage social media, content and campaign metrics to inform growth decisions and creative direction. 

Ensure brand consistency through tone and terminology across all our communications on social media, website and newsletters.

Assist with influencer identification and relationship management to grow our brand advocates with a mission to empower mental health. 

Proactively identify new channel opportunities and social trends, guiding top of the funnel activities that increase customer engagement and acquisition. 

Nurture our online presence through managing and monitoring social media platforms and drive community growth with regular interactions, activations and partnerships.


You have significant Social Media/Content/Campaign Marketing (5+ years) experience in high growth and fast-paced environments.

You know all relevant social media channels and have experience in leading strategic, creative and successful social media growth and content engagement with a strong focus on results.

You’re a copywriting maven and have a deep understanding of channel requirements and best practices (ex. 6s bumper, IGTV, podcasts), implementing A/B testing to find optimal content performance. 

You have a flair for balancing the creative side of marketing with the analytical side, with the ability to harness data and key metrics to measure impact and optimise campaigns. 

You’re a community zeitgeist, with a natural communication style, and enjoy to engage, relate and building affinity across many platforms.

You understand user behaviour across the digital landscape and implement learnings to propose innovative strategies to maximise reach and engagement. 

You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

Experience in graphic design is a plus.
